All water meter testing is done on-site using portable State-of-the-art Ultrasonic equipment with no service interruption.

TCEQ requires that Ground Water master meters are to be certified for accuracy every 3 years & Surface Water master meters are to be certified annually. We will test your water meters and issue a Certificate of Compliance for your records.

My name is John Griffin I own and operate Griffin Meter Testing and have 30 + years experience in the water industry . I travel all over the State of Texas to work with water systems to make sure that their master meters are accurate. I test their water meters at well sites for groundwater or intake points for surface water. I also can test 2” and larger commercial meters on your system as well. All meter testing is done in accordance with TCEQ and AWWA standards and to comply with TCEQ mandatory testing of all surface water master meters annually and ground water master meters every 3 years. Your water meter testing is done with a portable Ultrasonic Flowmeter and meters are tested in place without removal or service interruption. We also furnish you with a certificate showing the date that your meters have been tested and the accuracy of each water meter tested.
